I felt the story started slow but it really picked up. I liked the POV of Anikka and the fact that it went back in forth in time. I saw similar parallels in my life and we all get to the point when we realize the past really does play a huge part in our futures. The characters were relatable, overall it was a good read. I would definitely recommend it to a friend! I believe other women will find similar parallels in their lives. We have all loved and lost. Very few are able to have the chance rekindle an old romance, what would we do if we were Anikka??
