Kielbasa and Cheese Egg White Cups
These are a quick and easy breakfast to have on the go. These Kielbasa and Cheese Egg White cups are very simple to make and only uses 5 ingredients.
Best of all they are only 4 smart points per serving!
Ingredients
- 3 oz Kielbasa Sausage Link
- 2 cups Liquid Egg Whites
- 1/2 cup Green Onions
- 1/2 cup White Onion chopped
- 1 cup Lite Shredded Cheese I used Trader Joes 3 cheese blend
Instructions
-
Spray muffin pan with non-stick spray (I used silicone muffin cups)
Add liquid egg whites to the bottom of the muffin cups
Add chopped sausage, green onion, onion, and cheese
Fill remainder of the cups with liquid egg whites careful not to overflow
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes, and let cool 5 minutes as the egg cups will puff up during baking
Yields 12 egg cups
1 serving = 3 egg cups
3 egg cups = 4 smart points
* If you use less cheese, the point value will decrease
Enjoy!!
